The rear trailer axle is loaded higher than the front. I knew this would be true, since the front of the trailer is high when towing. There are some alternate mounting points for the suspension. I should be able to raise the rear of the trailer a few inches. This should help to even out the load. If I can even it out, both right-side trailer tires should be close to 1600#, which is well below the ratings for both the tires and axles.
